THE RIDE
A trail ride with a prep lesson
We take the time to give each rider a short lesson in our indoor arena before heading out. You’ll get to know your horse, find your balance and try the tölt, the smooth fourth gait unique to the Icelandic horse, before we ride out into the Borgarfjörður countryside.
The trail ride is perfect for beginners and for anyone riding an Icelandic horse for the first time. Experienced riders are welcome too, our guides match the pace to the group.
