Hestaland Guesthouse
Set on an active Icelandic horse farm called Staðarhús, Hestaland’s guesthouse is 15 minutes north of Borgarnes on Route 1, only 2 km off Iceland’s Ring Road. This 8-bedroom gueshouse features comfortable guestrooms, mountain views, access to a hot tub, and free WiFi.
Room configurations include four double rooms (one of which is wheelchair accessible), one triple room, and three single rooms.
Horse riding lessons and tours are arranged on site. The Krauma Spa is a 20-minute drive away, while the Langjökull Glacier is about an hour away by car.
