Embark on a 6 Day Horse Adventure through West Iceland where you will breathe it all in; the magic, the purity and the Icelandic horse. This is an all inclusive tour with professional guides where you will visit amazing hot Springs, glacial Lagoons, Black Sand Beaches, Snaefellsjokull National Park, Majestic Waterfalls and Mountains.

At Hestaland Farm, renowned horse trainer Gudmar Petursson, welcomes you on a horse adventure to remember. The Icelandic Horse is the oldest, purest breed in the world. These five gaited beauties were bought here by the Vikings in the late 9th century and adapted to survive the harsh climate. They are sweet and strong and can travel up to speeds of 40km/hr.

Day 1
Meet at Reykjavik BSI Bus Terminal
Transport to Hestaland Farms, Borgarnes, West IS
Clinic in indoor arena
Meet and Greet  dinner

Day 2 and 3
Ride through the majestic countryside on your trusted Icelandic Horse.
Visit stunning beauty only accessible by horseback

Day 4
Take a break from the horses and explore the area with your knowledgeable guide.
Sights may include: Hvammstangi – famous port and wool factory, Troll waterfall, Borgarnes museum and Hafnarfjall Mountain

Day 5
Challenging but comfortable ride continuing your journey across the terrain

Day 6
(Lunch & Dinner not included)

Spend a day on your own exploring the city
